“Ready” for the Competition

    Today, I decided to make my fit test to see how bad or well. The good news is that I managed to survive without pain on my knee. That means that I am (from my point of view) good to go. I will inform Lothar about my progress and lest see.

    Below it is my test plan for today. Something short but efficient to test my leg after an operation.
