Some weeks ago, I decided to work on my new pull push training. So far is going slow, but steady. Some changes in my body can be seen, but that is not what I am looking for. But to develop some endurance. My coal is, as Netero`s. is to make the training as fast as possible. The idea is to be able to make each session in less than 30 mins. So far, my best times are 47:14 for the push day and 1:01:15 for the pull days. Obvious weakness now is still in my neutral grip pull ups. A thing I hope I can correct in the next couple of weeks.
AS a side note, I am using 65 klg in both, deadlift and squats. And I won’t plan to increase the weight for a while until I reach my goal., lets see how things goes.
