Uncomplicated Monday

    Today, life just took it a place on me. As not much time to do stuff. I just managed to have a tortuous training at a busy pool today. But I good the great news that my boy is super developing well. Here is my training which was around 1400m.

    WarmUp

    4 x 75 (free, back, kick back) 30-sec rest
    4×25 double arm back
    3×50 (25 fly, 25 back) rest 15 secs
    4 x 20 vertical dolphin kick
    4×25 sculling (high elbow)

    Main Set (4 times resting 20 seconds)
    2x 50 max speed fly
    1 x 50 back slow

    Cool down
    4x 50 free resting 20 seconds
